DISPATCH: We have all products in stock and we dispatch the same or next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, and over the weekend, are dispatched on the Monday.
All orders Mon-Fri, before 3pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the very next working day.
UK Deliveries:
All shipping costs will be displayed during checkout process.
For UK, small parcels, up to 2Kg we use Royal Mail and this is usually a 1-5 day delivery service

Orders over 2kg for Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles will be sent by courier service.
We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by Royal Mail or couriers. Royal Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are only estimates. Please keep this in mind once making any orders. We take full responsibility for dispatching orders on time and all orders will be dispatched on time, but once the courier takes posession of consignments it is our of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for deliverires made outside of the Royal Mail esitmates or late courier deliveries. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Royal mail do not guarantee any delivery times or estimates. We can not be held responsible for Royal Mail missing esitmated delivery times if the order was dispatched on time and no refunds can be given for late delivery. If there is nobody at the premises to receive a parcel, if the parcel is not collected or delivery rearranged, or if an incorrect address was provided and the parcel is returned to us at our expense, this return postage expense will be deducted from any refunds. It is the customers resbonsibilty to rearrange delivery or collect, if they were not at the premises for the original delivery attempt.
FREE DELIVERY on UK mainland orders over £70* (applies to orders under 2kg)
Next day delivery £7.95 - UK Mainland - This is a Monday to Friday service. Saturday next day delivery is £8.95. (delivery is not 'guaranteed' by couriers for next day delivery)
In the event a parcel is delivered to the correct address, and the parcel is then reported by the customer as stolen, the customer will need to return a completed and signed 'non-receipt of goods disclosure' form which states that the customer agrees to 'co-operate with the carrier’s security and/or the Police in the event of any investigation into the missing items.'
There is no Next day delivery for the following areas and orders will need to be sent by Royal Mail - or a courier on request, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
All next day courier deliveries are a fully tracked service with customer SMS or email notifications advising them of delivery information. Please make arrangements to receive this delivery. A customer also has the opportunity to change the day of delivery at this point. Despite the vast majority of consignments being delivered on time, there is no gurantee by DPD, or other couriers, that delivery will be made by the next day for 'standard' next day deliveries. No next day courier services 'guarantee' next day delivdery and there is no guarantee to pass on to the customer. We can not be held responsible for DPD, or other couriers, missing estimated delivery times if the order was dispatched on time and no refunds can be given for late delivery.
It is a good idea to use an address where the delivery can be accepted. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful we will make one more attempt to deliver. If this attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned and there would be further delivery costs if the parcel were to be sent again.
UK Shipping Zones
The following areas are eligible for free shipping on orders over £70 and under 2kg only, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. These areas are not eligible for next day delivery.
Missing Parcels
If parcels are reported as delivered but stolen from the customer's property. The customer will need to report the theft to the police and provide us with a crime number.
International Deliveries:
International Orders are despatched by our courier and take around 7-14 days to deliver depending on destination country. Contact us by phone first to arrange shipping costs.
Please make arrangements to receive your order. If you miss the delivery you will have to collect the parcel from the delivery office. If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Fun Party Store. We will have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.
Any international custom orders that are paid for cannot be refunded. These are custom orders that have to be paid for before manufacture or delivery and cannot be refunded once accepted. Fun Party Store are are not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries or shipped from other countries, including for guestbooks or backdrops. Should Fun Party Store suffer any costs because of returns or a customer's failure to pay the taxes, these costs will be deducted from any refunds. For failure to receive the parcel or pay any associated taxes or costs, the customer will be liable for any applicable charges associated with returning or disposing of the shipment(s), including transportation and any applicable duties, taxes and courier fees, that are charged to our courier shipper’s account.
